Bath & Body Works

Just have to rave about the excellent customer service at this store (in mall that used to be called North County Fair). The gals that work at this Bath and Body Works are just wonderful, with a shout out to Manager Jaime and Blanca (might be Bianca), for going above and beyond to serve their customers well. Such a great store to shop at, especially if you need personalized service for a purchase. Thanks so much ladies!

This place is not it. If trying to buy in Escondido take the 5 min trip over to the one in promenade. The manager Jamie is so rude and they absolutely shove products down your throat. Yes sometimes they have good deals but it’s not worth the hassle this location gives. Go to the promenade and save urself the trouble.

I had a good experience looking for gifts for my two daughters, lots to choose from. Faith was very helpful, her customer service was very appreciated.

My main location, the vibes are just good and I love how the new scents are front and center, so I never have to go around trying to hunt for them. Staff is VERY GOOD about making you feel like you can reach out to them for ANYTHING, unlike other stores where you feel like an inconvenience
