Bath & Body Works

OMG, upon arrival, I’ve never felt more greeted and wanted in a long time!!!! The help, the compassion, communication, loyalty to making sure me and my daughter was satisfied; was amazing!!!!! They helped with showing sale items and making sure we got the scent we wanted in candles and perfume. I definitely recommend this establishment! Everyone there did an excellent job and I will definitely be back!!!

Came in for the bodycare sale today. The store was busy but I was still greeted. The associate Becca was very kind and helped me find the items that qualified for the sale! She showed me some new scents I never would have thought to pick up and purchase if not shown.

Wife ordered soap online to be picked up. When I walked in, there were three people behind the counter and no customers waiting in line. They were all discussing when they would be taking their breaks. I showed up almost 2 hours after my wife placed her order to pick the soap up for her, since I was passing through the area. After showing my code, an employee walked over to a computer and said, it wasn’t filled and told me to call later or come back tomorrow….Then she complained to the other two employees that there are so many online orders that needed to be filled. Meanwhile there was still nobody in line because the store wasn’t crowded. I’m not sure why three people were at an empty counter when there were so many orders that needed to be filled. I was in the store yesterday to use my $25 gift certificate that I received for my birthday. Upon checking out, the cashier told me that they updated their register system today and she wasn't sure how to do the gift certificate. She tried running the gift certificate and after several attempts including the cashier scratching off the PIN code on the back and having me enter it into the system, it said I only had $2.20 on the card. She called the manager, Dan, over who also did not know how to do a gift certificate with the new system. I showed Dan that the gift card was new and also my receipt of the gift card indicating it had $25 on it. He told me because it wasn't purchased at bath& body works, he could not help me and I would have to call the bath& body works customer service line. I

Customer service was helpful and wonderful throughout the store. And always, got some great deals!
