Everyone here is always so nice & helpful. It was super busy this evening due to a great sale, but the whole staff was amazing, particularly Milly who helped us find items and ended up, checking us out as well. Her positivity and kindness radiated and was greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

Customer service was terrible. My boyfriend and I stood at the counter for a few minutes without being acknowledged. No one asked if we were ready to check out or offered any help. Meanwhile, the associates were attentive to other customers in the store. It wasn’t until I called out to the staff that someone finally came over to ring us up. The woman with the long dark curly hair was especially rude — she didn’t greet us or even make eye contact. Her only words were, “Type in your phone number.” When we greeted her politely before and after the transaction, she didn’t respond at all. If you’re not in the right headspace to work with customers, take a moment to ground yourself instead of projecting that attitude onto others. No one deserves that kind of energy. Was in with my family today, my mother and I checked out before my sister, and the lady was very kind and helpful, however the girl next to her Giulianna, was giving me dirty looks and starring at me. I went to highschool with her didn’t say a word just looked at me. I smiled and walked away with my mother. My sister still in line overheard her talking to the lady who had just checked us out mentioned how she went to highschool with me and how unfortunate it was and how horrible my family was. My sister overheard the entire conversation and said to her how it was rude and unprofessional it was of her. It’s disgusting that she could say things about my family and myself in a workplace setting. It’s disgusting and unacceptable I’m appalled by the behavior. It’s even worse considering we have
