I went to the Jersey Gardens location to get gifts for my mom and I received great service. William was a gentleman and brought me a shopping basket when he saw that my hands were full. When checking out, I was assisted by Evelyn and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made sure my order was correct and she made sure I received my points. She was friendly and her energy was genuine. Thank you so much ♥️.

Lisa was absolutely amazing!! She helped me to pick out a lovely bath & body trio for Valentine’s Day and it was my first time in the store but she made me and my boyfriend feel right at home. I will be coming back here. thank you, Lisa you are great!!!

Went to make a quick Christmas gift purchase at the mall and the lady Janelle was amazing. Helped me buy sprays lotions candles shoot she even held a basket for me. I love attention to a customer a she gave just that. She not once seemed annoyed or trying to brush me off. Thank you again!

I placed an order prior to Black Friday. The website did not specify that it would be ready any longer than a day so I go to try to do my shopping and I plan accordingly and these people are the rudest I’ve ever encountered in my life. there was no bending there was no trying to make things right I don’t understand how people who did not pay for their candles before walking into the store Got candles after I pay for mine online And when you try to talk to an associate and call to get some answers you get met with a nasty attitude like we inconvenienced them because they’re short on staff then they say oh we have back-to-back sales and back-to-back orders so we’re back locked but who’s telling them to keep running sales and not hiring enough people qualified to get the orders done . Never i

Maybe it because I am a guy or I go when it’s really busy (semi annual sale). But whenever I go in there and spend time smelling the new fragrances. I always have a bad time. I learned to avoid bath and body works overall. Semi annual sales made me dislike this location. Rude employees, and rude customers. I have a ton of product. I will order online and go in person to smell the scents. I don’t care if they see EVERYTIME. I don’t steal. I just want to know the new products. But I give up. Bath and Body works is overrated.
