Bath & Body Works

Drove in to pick up orders, was told there was only one order. Lady at counter did not even check. I had two orders. She said the other would be mailed. There were two orders. Do I recommend this store. Nope. Counter Staff at Parkway Plaza was too busy to check. 35 mile drive in. Wait time in line 5 minutes. Would I order and pick up again, no.

Check out line to pay is always long. Usually, 1 if not 2 registers are used and wait is unnecessarily long. More clerks walking around than helping clients pay fast.

I visited the store yesterday and Sabrina was so sweet, she searched the whole store to help me find a specific product. She was not pushy at all, but very helpful and I ended up buying way more than I intended to thanks to her help!

This store is always stocked, and neat which makes it so easy to find everything everytime I come. The staff are always so kind, Bailey is so sweet and very helpful, I recommend this location!!
