I was not happy to discover they changed the formula for Japanese Cherry Blossom, a fragrance I've enjoyed for years. It's deceptive since they used the same name. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I use a scooter to get around. Every time I come there. They are so helpful. They don't mind helping me. Also at check out. They come to me and put my phone number in for me. Thanks for always helping me. Erica

This Bath & Body Works, located inside of the Palmer Park Mall, always has the scents We are looking for. The products they offer are fantastic including hand soaps, sanitizers and candles. The seasonal scents during the holidays are excellent. We usually purchase several hand soaps and candles when visiting this location. The store staff is friendly and always willing to help. I was also pretty impressed on how well they are setup for a safe environment inside the store for COVID 19. I highly recommend visiting this location.

B&BW has surpassed 1,800 locations in the US. Our more local one here at the Palmer Park Mall is still up and afloat with holiday deals, which we made sure to take advantage of! We got 8 three-wick candles below $12 each - not too shabby in late 2023, right? We’re glad to be back in the area where this store is more accessible. The inventory isn’t always the best but the staff is super helpful and they’re not as pushy as some other locations…

Love B&B they have the best sales and everything smells awesome!! Except the pizza candle yuk 😆 🤣
