I had a really good experience today at Bath and body Works. I forgot the sales girls name that helped me out. I think her name was either Tayra or Kayra. she was a Shorty with glasses and her make up was Popping but she really held me out. I got some really good deals. I love all the candles I got and I didn’t even get enough. I had to go back and get more because I had a $50 gift card I spent was $.16 I got nine( 9 )candles.!!!! And four hand soaps !!!! My cashier was really nice and very helpful as well too. I’m really really horrible with names, but it was an awesome experience.

During a major candle sale, your store had a sign posted stating that the power was out. While you may have experienced an outage earlier, every other store in the building currently has power, and it’s clear that your store’s power has been restored. However, the handwritten sign placed on the door appeared unprofessional and confusing for customers. When I went to customer service for assistance, no one was able to provide information. They repeatedly told customers what time the store closes and stated they had no knowledge of any power outage. This level of miscommunication is extremely disappointing especially during a high-traffic sale event. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

The ONLY good thing at this store is Randy!!! I’m not even sure if that’s her name because when I called to make sure it was Jake or Chad said he couldn’t give that info out!! I had a galentines party the guy helping me pick up my order stopped helping to ring people up what should have taken 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes!! She came in was clocking in and helped me immediately!!! Her customer service is top tier and I wanted to recognize that because all the other employees lacked any customer consideration. I continue to be disappointed with this store. I have made a decision that I will not support this company. The first disappointment was when I drove there and the staff had left because of an outage. All other stores had reopened. I had to come back and the staff did not even give me anything- small lotion or something for the inconvenience. The final straw was this morning I bought 4 candles online again and they were at Campcreek for pick up- I check my email and found out that my order was cancelled. That is it. I can no longer support this company. Candles are a want not need. The customer service is poor and my time and money will go to other companies that want me as a customer.

Unfortunately, while most staff are very nice and helpful, this location never has the same quantity of inventory as other stores. I'm always disappointed when trying to buy a complete set of a fragrance (ie. body wash, body cream, and shower gel). This is on a regular day. I try to absolutely avoid coming here during any sale, because again, options and inventory is always lacking. Last year I mentioned this to a manager and she was defensive, stating the store stats with sales. I noted that this is the closest location for many located in SW Atlanta so most just buy "something", but it still didn't explain the inventory discrepancy when compared to Douglasville, Atlantic Station, and Cobb Pkwy - the closest alternatives.
