Listen… Bath & Body Works stays taking my coins and I do not complain NOT ONE BIT 😩😂 This location is hands down one of my favorites! The sales? Elite. The new inventory? Chef’s kiss. The vibes? Always right. And let me shout out my girls Shnika and Ms. Jean — BABYYY, the customer service is top tier! So helpful, so sweet, and always making sure I leave with exactly what I need (and a few things I didn’t plan on grabbing 🤣). 10/10 every time.

Bath & Body Works finally made it to Easley. Their grand opening was this morning at 10:00 am. There was a long line waiting for the doors to open. The store was well stocked, and is actually bigger than I thought it would be. It was VERY crowded and the check out line was almost non existent. People really didn’t know where the line started, there was no one helping customers find certain named products. There were so many people in the store they had to let people out before someone could come in. All in all it is a nice store, and the associates were friendly and busy. For me I’m happy we have this store, and hope that as the newness wears off it will get better organized. For now I will be ordering online and picking up at the store. Not sure how much I want to return. As soon as we walked in the door we were ambushed by an associate. Who then proceeded to follow my daughter and I around. When we finally were able to walk around on our own and pick out what we came in for we waited behind a customer already at the counter. An associate brought her drink behind the counter and told us someone would be right with us. She then proceeded to yell across the store for another associate who immediately came to the counter looking frazzled. Then the first associate proceeded to berate the second associate. And on our walk out we saw the oh so important job the first associate had to do. Hold a basket by the door.

I've been here several times since this store opened and it's always been a good experience. Jean was so pleasant today she needed recognition!

OBSESSED. Pam was so much fun to talk to to, and helpful, she literally was like my twin, she loves the coffee smelling candles, she gave me stickers, she helped out ALOT, I LOVE HER SOOO MUCHHH!! such a great employee, in my opinion, she definitely deserves a raise because of her kindness, helpfulness, respect, and customer service!! LOVE YOU PAMMMM 🌸🎀🎀❤️
