Jessica allegedly a store manager and have zero clue of how the app offers, coupons and rewards works. Even when I said, I have been granted using multiple coupons on the same purchase all the time as a loyal costumer and even me telling her that the system itself accepts the coupons/offers on the purchase. She declined and didn’t agree. I obviously didn’t complete the purchase with her, I went to another store, and the coupons were redeemed .

This is the only location in Miami with the scent lab. I traveled to test each scent and purchase my favorites. The employees are excessively helpful assisting the customers. The store is well organized. However, the biggest issue I have is that the music was way too loud. It was difficult for me to have a conversation with my sister about the fragrances. I told several employees who seemed to agree, but the volume didn't change.

The store is very clean ,beautiful and organized. Friendly staff always happy to help.I love it!!

Great selection of candles or cream body care and the staff great service to the costumers, the quality for the best price.

I get that they have a lot of sales and different options. But the fact that they have products label as Sale and then you get to the cash register and they actually ARE NOT! And on top of ALL that the manager does absolutely NOTHING. Didn’t even try to fix the mix up, they just kept repeating that it is not on sale. I hardly come to this mall, but Luz and the manager didn’t even try to help, believe me I am definitely not coming back.
