Even if you have a paid for, pick up order you have to make the regular line to pick up your order. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked an employee if I could just take my bag because I could see it there or if there was another employee who could give it to me (I had just seen an employee go to the back). Cashier stated that everyone was busy right now and couldn't spare 10seconds to give me my order. I had to make the line all the way to the door as if I was going to make a new purchase!

I went when it was a little busy but there was still staff attentive to the surroundings and asking people if they needed help. I didn't like that the strips to spray samples were all over the place and there was no trash can. The store had a wide variety but they didn't have what I wanted in particular. All in all a nice store.

This Bath & Body Works was set up different than the one in Harlingen. So I had to grt used to the layout but I was able to find everything I needed and thr safe was SUPER friendly. Maribel helped me and was so nice! Highly recommend this location!

Hello reader! I want to take the time to acknowledge Brandon and Priscilla for their excellent customer service during my visit today. Both were willing to help me without any attitude, which made a big difference in my experience. Priscilla went above and beyond by going to the back to check for a product I was looking for and actually found it! That made my day!! Brandon was also very kind and helpful when checking out my items and made the process smooth and pleasant. I do want to point out that customers want to be acknowledged. We are the reason the store has revenue, and a simple willingness to help goes a long way. I placed an order on 11/21 at 11am and most of my items were cancelled on 11/23. They got to my order 2 days later! My son placed an order on 11/21 way after I did and his order was ready for pick up that day. Which means they do not complete orders as they are received. I feel like I got screwed for ordering early or ordering too much for them to handle. This is not ok!
