I had a disappointing experience at Bath & Body Works during my recent visit. I was about to pay and use a coupon I had screenshotted when an employee named Lorri stopped me and said she couldn’t accept it. I tried to enter the number and politely asked why it wouldn’t work, explaining that it’s an account I share with my sister. Instead of giving me a clear explanation, she responded in a rude tone and said she just can’t. I asked for a moment and stepped aside, but while I was off to the side, I could hear her speaking to her coworker about me, saying that I was upset. I never gave her any attitude — I only asked why the coupon couldn’t be used. Bath& Body Works employees were so helpful and friendly! They helped the gift selection process go smoothly... painless. I was in and out with my purchase!!

They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in—it’s like you’re invisible! Plus, one of the older ladies working there was so rude. Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Bath & Body Works.

Most of the staff is very helpful n friendly the others nasty attitudes 😒 act like coupons are beneath them watching us when we are there smh more online shopping in the near future

A peaceful place to go to not many people here the employees are very nice and willing to help sometimes they might even acutally go up to you instead to ask you if you need help with anything this place is very nice the displays when you enter the store look very good they change with the seasons right now they have summer ween and going into fully Halloween mode Also this company's mobile app is really good do not forget to use it you can get free stuff from it and really hood coupons to use here and points to earn free stuff as well it is very good if you shop here often or occasionally you should use it because I do not think the points go invalid which is nice Over all a good experience very smooth and peaceful good ambiance They also have small spot to test the hand soaps
