I had an awesome Christmas shopping experience at this store. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and I was especially impressed with Priscilla. She went above and beyond to help me find a specific fragrance and was extremely polite and pleasant. She represents the store exceptionally well, and I would absolutely recommend her customer service to anyone. If I needed a professional for my own business, I would hire Priscilla without hesitation.

Despite the long lines, Maria was the only employee working and handled everything with grace and professionalism. She was such a kind and pleasant young lady, helping every customer with patience and a smile. Even under pressure, she made everyone feel welcome and valued. Maria was amazing.

very nice shopping experience. some employees were helping people find the scents they wanted, and Kaely at the register was so friendly, shout out to her. definitely would come back :)

This location is bigger than most, which is why you'll find more options and inventory available, not to mention great customer service.

The Tower Shops store is always so clean and organized. Staff are always ready to assist. Kim was amazing! She found exactly what I was looking for. Even after I found it she kept showing other items that were of interest to me. So polite and friendly. Her help was professional yet detailed to my needs. Maria Jose also offered suggestions to different options. Love this place!
