As someone who works in retail this has been the craziest holiday year ever! Shout out to the employees who are working hard thank you for fufilling my order the same way you would do your own. And happy holidays aswell.

Cubby is a treasure! She was so helpful and kind. She helped us locate a scent, make a return and at some point she was with us and helping other customers! During this time I also noticed her packing “pick up orders”. I am amazed at her multitasking skills. Davenport is lucky to have her! Needless to say, she deserves a raise!

Although I do ove their products I was extremely disappointed with the young lady at the cash today (15 Dec @11:15). I have a Canadian account and she did not advise me to make an American one to get $10.00 off. Also, I had 3 products and I said I thought it was get 3 products get 1free. She said you need to get the fourth one. What annoyed me is she could have said “you have three go get your fourth one free”. She could have been way more helpful considering I spent $79.00 (translates to $108.00 Canadian). The products are outrageously overpriced. I will never go back to this store and stick to the cheaper brands.

Paris goes above and beyond every time I visit this location! She demonstrates great professionalism and she is very knowledgeable on all of the products and offers recommendations if I’m unsure of what to try. Every time I visit the store she is always going above and beyond for customers, even when the store is extremely busy. She is truly an asset to this location! I also have known Cindy when she managed a different bath and body works location, and she is also amazing to interact with. These two make visiting this location worth it!

Wow thank you ladies . I went on the 23rd and it was a mad house, but I was greeted coming ,all sales were told to me and they even assisted me in finding some gifts. Overall It was a awesome experience during a very kaotic day.
