They sent me an email saying My items were picked they wasn’t . I called the store and the lady said idk y u got the email. So I went the next day to pick it up as I live an hour away. Salesman told me what my email said and I told him disregard that and I literally spoke to someone. He couldn’t find my order then packed it himself being a little frustrated. What’s frustrating is I order monthly from different places and this is the only store I had a problem with… first and last time going to that one

The store has moved from the mall since I was in town last, so its beside of target now. It's a nice store, mostly nice employees, was very busy still for mid day shopping. Always love sales.

Popped in for the Semi-annual sale, and I also had a coupon for my Birthday that was buy any item, and get a free body care item up to $12.50. Their selection was pitiful. The only qualifying items were the travel sized body washes, lotions, or bars of soap. I had hoped that the lemon lip balm at a whopping $8 plus would qualify, but it did not. I ended up buying a Gingerbread body wash for $3.98, and getting my son an $8.95 bar of soap free as my birthday gift. I didn't care for the smell of the Gingerbread body wash, so I will gift that to someone as well. I have continued to watch this company decline over the past several years. I placed an online order at this store all items I ordered were showing in stock at the store for pickup. I received an email stating my order had been filled but three of my items were canceled because it was supposed to be out of stock. I called the store and asked them did they have those three items in stock and the manager said they did. I asked her why wasnt the product filled with my online order. She said she didn't know that she had never done an online order. But she is the manager on duty and you know nothing about online orders. I live 40 minutes away from this store it's the closest to me. So I place online orders as a convenience to snag products on sales. Then I pick up later because I have to go when I have time.
