I am in LOVE with these products. I was in the store at the Danbury Fair Mall for atleast 45 minutes!⏰️So many choices I didn't know what to buy. The fragrance last forever, especially the lotion. I took advantage of the mini sale - buy 2 get 1 free!❤️& The Hand sanitizer was only $1.95! I also signed up with my email and number and now get a bunch of % off!

I love the company and the store. They make sure to have all products fully stocked. For everyone saying they didn't have the scent they wanted sometimes they discontinue it and bring it back the next year. Staff are always there and waiting on you. I have two dressers full one of lotion body wash and body spray and the next full of their candles and wall plugs scents and car scents.

Everything was well-stocked and nicely presented, unfortunately I was disappointed with the offerings. I didn’t find any scents that resonated with me—most of them weren’t subtle enough for my liking. If you’re looking for a particular scent in different formats (lotion, hand creams, candles, and what have you), I don’t think Bath and Bodyworks is a bad option for the price range. For quality skincare and candles though, there are definitely better options out there.

Purchased Wildflower scent at Christmas time. Got home and saw that it had a slow leak and top of the bottle was smashed. Went to this store and wanted to exchange it and they told me they could not exchange it that I would have to purchase a new one. Didn't have the receipt, butjust wanted to exchange it. They refused a-- very bad customer service for a scent bottle that cost only $5
