I love Bath and Body works. They have huge collection of Lotions, conditioners, Hand soaps, Bath bombs for Men and women. Love their gift baskets. Hand sanitizers are so cute. Prices are little bit high when you don't apply any coupons. Buy 3 Get 3 deals seems better for me. Great gifts for Teachers as well in schools.

Oof. Lots to say about this location. I’ll say, they have a good amount of stock and it’s organized for the most part. The layout is as chaotic as most other B&BW stores. Most of the employees today specifically were rude and unhelpful, shockingly so. And I am not a difficult customer whatsoever lol. Shoutout though, one employee was very kind and pleasant (colorful hair on middle register). I understand it’s the end of the holiday season and employees are not robots, but maybe a refresher on customer service and customer interactions is overdue. I have a feeling the store is overworking employees and there’s a negative sentiment surrounding that.

Went on Friday Morning for Candle sale at 6 am. Get to register with our candles and are told by cashier she isn’t allowed to scan our 10 off 40 coupon. We read the fine print and does not say you can not use it in the store. She tells us the manager told her she wasn’t allowed to even scan them. Other friends that went to 2 different locations were allowed to use it. We were so mad. Cashiers seemed not happy to be there and wasn’t even busy. Will go to different location from now on.

I have been trying to find several fragrances from last holiday season. I’ve called several stores & even called customer service. No one was able to help & the guy in customer service gave me locations in another state, 7 or 8 hours away 😳 PLEASE BRING BACK “YOU’RE CHEEKY & COTTON CANDY CLOUDS”

Never had an experience like this one at a B&BW. Whew, these employees need some customer service training. I get the holidays are tough in retail folks but, the store wasn’t overly busy and a smile isn’t overly difficult right?! It was like pulling teeth to get suggestions or help. Skye, my girl, retail is not for you. I will make the drive to Canton from now on.
