Bath & Body Works

Today was Body Care day and they were slammed! I had an exchange, and wanted to get a few things while I was there. The team working today did so with grace. I was greeted with smiles, people were being helped, the atmosphere was pleasant regardless off all the chaos going on with the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping and with one of the best holiday sales of the year. I didnt wait in line too long, while in line other customers were talking happily and I was even given a 20% off coupon. While I was at the counter all of the associates were busy, but still talked to each and every customer with smiles and everything went very smoothly! This is how I dream of every holiday shopping experience to be. Great job!

Staff is super friendly, sociable and willing to help

Amazing store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They always have great deals. Great place to by sprays, candles, body wash and things like those. They have the most amazing new scent candles for the fall available now.

This place has changed! the employees were very pushy about items the girl sprayed some kind of spray or little cardboard stick and try to have me smell it hello people have allergies stop shoving that in my face the whole atmosphere just changed every time I picked up something to show my son and he said oh that smells good I heard from another employee "oh yeah thats my favorite" more than once . The atmosphere was bad, the store had changed and the employees who work there are to much I won't be back I will order online from now on these people are just stuck up in the store is just suffocating!

Very nice upgraded store at our Mall, I would say it is twice the size as the original store. The Staff always seem to be friendly and helpful. Sometimes there are so many scents coming out of there it causes sensory overload... lol. I do believe they run some really good coupons and sales from time to time.
