Bath & Body Works

I have rarely experienced customer service as shockingly poor as what I encountered at this Bath & Body Works location in Garden City Cranston RI. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt disorganized and unprofessional, but the real issue is the store manager Dianely, who seems completely uninterested in running a functional or welcoming store. The manager’s attitude was dismissive, condescending, and frankly embarrassing for a company that claims to care about customer experience. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, they acted irritated that a customer would even ask for assistance. Eye-rolling, curt responses, and an overall tone of annoyance made it clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their priority list. The store itself was messy, poorly stocked, an

I went with my niece to take full advantage of the candle sale. The associates were very engaging and super helpful. Even at the register when I had technical difficulties with the bbw app. The associate was patient and super helpful to me. As you might notice, from a previous review, this shopping experience was quite redeeming for my previous experience at this location. It just proves we can't always judge a business on one unfortunate or ugly encounter. Everyone has an off or even a bad day. I was willing to give another chance; and look, it was well worth it!

Came into the store to do a return/exchange. Asked an associate about doing it, and their response was indirect and rude. Not the kind of customer service BBW typically has. I left the store, bothered by the interaction.

We came in today looking for some gifts. As soon as we get there no one greets us or even tells us about the offers etc. There was about 4 employees just chit chatting amongst themselves not even helping any customers at all. Horrible service!

Alia was really helpful in carrying my bag with the six lotions she helped me find (Steeped Relaxation in Lavender was the only scent that wasn't in the store. ) Lynn greeted me and was pleasant. Jamie was nice as well. Heidi continued my transaction, because Jamie was busy with another customer. Heidi was great, too! To be honest, this was my first time in Bath and Body Works at Garden City. I'm never going to forget the experience! I tried the moisturizing hand sanitizer in Mahogany Teakwood, and it smelled delightfully beautiful!
