The shopping was great but they need to turn their music down! I wasn't even able to hear when my mother called me while I was there! Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency since im her emergency contact! She does have stage 4 pancreatic cancer so when she calls i need to be able to hear!

I absolutely love this place!! The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I had ordered a lot of body sprays online and I noticed one was missing the spray tube inside of the bottle. I just wanted to exchange it for the same scent and I had no problem in doing so. I always get body sprays, room sprays, candles, pocket back sanitizers, hand Soaps, lotions, plug-ins and body wash when they go on sale. The room spray is a little high priced but it's so worth it because you just need one spray for a large room. The ONLY thing I can complain about is that when you order online it doesn't matter how much you spend, you still have to pay shipping.I always spend over $100 and to have to pay shipping too is a bummer. Love the products, shop here OFTEN, but the most recent time I went I got followed by the manager. Me and my mom were just walking around smelling their new releases, laughing, talking, totally normal?? But one of the workers kept following us and staring and then talked into her mic and another worker came out and kept following us. Also answered our questions very rudely, idk what the problem was but it was very disappointing as I shop here very frequently and love this place.

I totally love BnB always the only drawback and it won't stop me from enjoying them is they always retire my favorite scents ☹️ pink chiffon,was my latest favorite currently am using champagne toast. I do not like scents being retired sometimes I can find them online but that is getting harder
