Smells great. Looks great. Service is great… Everything about this location is the brand at its best. The associates are neither pushy nor obnoxious. They were welcoming, upbeat, friendly, and able to answer all my questions. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and recommended a few things I wouldn’t have noticed by myself. The store has beautiful aesthetics, is exceptionally clean, immaculate & so organized, with pretty little touches & cute details that made every shelf appealing. There are sanitary testers for every product, with hygienic applicators and wet wipes properly accessible, along with a hand washing station. They do an outstanding job with product display & visual merchandizing here. And, they had no lack of products… It seems they keep a well-stocked invent

Love, love store 2118!! Its close by my house and the staff there is so nice and helpful. Kartier's customer service and personality is top tier! Very knowledgeable about all the products and helped me decide what products to buy.

This was probably the best experience I’ve had at Bath and Body works !! I was helped by a lady named Ari or Aria and she helped me every step of the way to navigating both holiday and standard scents to find the perfect smells to plug in to each of my rooms. She was very pleasant to talk with and extremely welcoming and polite. I will definitely be back when I need a restock. Thank you Ari :)

I am sooo happy that Bath & Body Works finally opened a store so close to me. Everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. And of course, their product line is phenomenal! I love it!!!

Went with my mom to shop,we got to the register checking out having an amazing service with the cashier,but then a lady named Heather I assume the Manager interrupted the conversation by unprofessionally telling the cashier that she couldn’t help service us pack our bags because the line was long. Not only did the manager Heather say this but she made me and my mom very uncomfortable and not wanting to shop a Bath & body Works because of the service she (Heather)gave .
