Pay attention to the sales, great selections and super sales day!

Went in to this bath and body works located inside Sunvalley mall. I am buying items for gifts for my company spent over $100 (hand wash and lotion items). I asked the clerk if she can put in 2 separate bags and she said I can only have one bag. It’s about 25lbs total my disappointment was the fact that all I asked was an extra bag and I even told the clerk for someone who spent over $100 an extra bag is not much to ask. The cashier was not friendly at all (no smile) no hello how are you? I won’t be coming back.

At other locations, like Brentwood and 280 Metro, you are welcomed in a soon as you step inside. Employees would ask if you need assistance at least twice per visit. Here, I got none of that. I had to seek out employees for assistance multiple times. Older lady working the White Barn side was super mean to an employee on bbw side. She was even short with me. Big time attitude! Won't be coming back to this location again. Visited 07.21.23 @ 430pm. Management needs to correct her behavior. She was grouchy AF!
