Used to be a favorite place to shop. After the candle sale fiasco (no working lights, no raincheck issued, loooong story) in December I have shopped a lot less. Went back once since & was treated rudely by an employee who was talking about customers right in front of them. She was older she should know better. Will give one more chance. 3 strikes you get no more of my $$$. Will give an update after next visit.

This is one of the best Bath & Body Works locations! Always helpful and can always find what I need and easily navigate the store. So glad to see True Blue Spa back!!!

Staff were friendly, but they charged me full price instead of the sale price, so I spent over $600. Then, when I went in to return some of the items, they said they couldn't look it up by my email, which they do all the time, so they only expected to give me back about 1/3 of the paid price.

Let me start by saying that I love Bath & Body Works products, I have been a loyal customer for many years. But I had an experience at this location today that made me question whether or not I will continue to shop here. In the fifteen minutes that I spent in this store, I was asked various forms of “Are you finding everything you need?” about seven or eight times, and probably about four times by the same employee. While I was standing at one particular display, I was asked about three times after continuously saying “I’m good, thank you!” It was very off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable. I work in retail and I understand how acknowledging guests is important, but I also understand that it becomes bothersome if you incessantly ask customers how they are doing or if they are finding
