I went to look to see if they had their Christmas candle three wick Candles out, cause I was already in the area of the store. I went up to that employee named Taylor. She was by the Disney stuff restocking stuff. I asked her if they had any other Christmas candles out and she's basically said we are still in fall would I completely understand that some stores don't have everything but I was just asking a simple question and this is what I got in response to my question I asked her as well ! Then I'm looking at the wallflower wall she come Out of her way to tell me that they have a Candle that I already told her I did not like Well, we had frosted cranberry OK. I don't like it. Then she says well, do you not have ceramic candles at your location cause I also work in a bath and body works I

I absolutely love this place, I love going there to check out their products and I usually walk out with something even if it’s not much, I myself have never had a bad experience there, always greeted by the staff and always eager to help. Go check them out , I know that you will love the experience as much as I do ♥️I truly love my local Bath and Bodywork’s

A few of the staff are very rude at this location. Jenn is absolutely rude and has a bad customer service attitude. The lady with grey hair is also rude always has been when I have went into this store and should not be in retail. Manager is also not friendly either. Overall not a welcoming place.

Diane was able to help me retrieve the perfect gifts for Christmas. She went out of her way to provide outstanding customer care and kindness!

I asked a employee a question and her answer was well you just need to pull up the app and figure it out basically. The lady who rang me up was really sweet. The smell of the fall candles this year almost stinks though. Usually they all smell amazing.
