Tried to use my reward in app for in store pickup but wouldn’t accept it so after trying several times I gave up and redeemed first time I was near a store and wow! It’s over a month before Xmas but that store was nuts. Line was long so I left daughter in line and went out and then she said she needed my phone with app to redeem instead of screenshot and I had to almost fight my way out again! Come prepared for long lines and congested shopping as we get closer to Xmas. Staff dies nice job helping and speed of checkouts!!

They have AMAZING holiday sales on their body sprays. They were marked down to $5.50 per bottle, original price is $8.50 per bottle . If you buy three sprays then you get a fourth spray free. There is a limit of 20, or maybe 25, body sprays per customer/sale. I'm 93% sure it is 20.🤔😁 You can get five travel side hand sanitizers for $8.00. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

SO - this is a very nice Bath & Body Works location. Very well kept, super nice staff, they make sure the presentation of all of the items is well done, and they're super sweet and informative. On top of that, they run massive sales multiple times per year combined with a nice rewards program that at least gets you something for your birthday. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars to me is because this is a very expensive location to get your beauty products and candles and the like. The sales DO help massively, but I still just spent 85 bucks getting soap, conditioner, body wash, 2 bars of soap, and a face cream. I'm not sure if prices are standardized across Bath and Body Works or not, but this one FEELS more expensive than most, so just beware!

It's always good, but when you find a man's cologne he likes, and then they discontinue it.... not good. But I love their products !!

Normally the staff at this location are friendly, but today I witnessed something that was disturbing. An employee screamed at a customer to not switch the lids on the candles. The employee was a good 15 ft. from the customer so that was weird. If she thought the customer had mixed up the lids whether on purpose or accidentally, WHY wouldn’t she calming & professionally walk over & remind the customer to make sure not to mix up the lids? This incident makes me not want to return here. They need to be more respectful to their customers & not create such a hostile environment to shop in.
