Bath & Body Works at Columbia Mall, MD is a wonderful store offering a wide range of high-quality body care and fragrance products. They have an impressive selection of body lotions, body creams, hand soaps, and beautifully scented candles. The store is very attractive and well organized, making it easy to explore the many different fragrances and products available. The scents are refreshing and long-lasting, and many of the items are perfect for thoughtful gifts for family and friends.

Associates were very welcoming and offered a sample of the new Perfect In Pink!! The store was very organized and well-kept which made samples very easy to find.

Went in to buy something, waited in line for several minutes, and when it was my turn the cashier told me there was "1 line" on the other side of the store. If you have 1 line, then it should be obvious, and there was no rope or anything barring people from waiting in line behind the multiple registers. There were multiple cashiers and multiple employees standing around doing nothing. Service like this is why retail is dying. Also, why is all the Halloween stuff put out so early?

Well, I don't know why so many people went crazy to buy in this shop at the same time. It's a super popular place to buy lotion and fragrance products. They give a lot of deals that drive people insane. But the last time was unbelievable. I waited in line for around 25 minutes to pay for my product. There were 5 cashiers serving and 50 people waiting in line. I would have left if my wife were not with me.

I had a horrible experience recently, I as a CUSTOMER saw the favoritism and unfairness going on towards employees. I got to speak to an actual EMPLOYEE there that I PERSONALLY saw getting mistreated and confirmed the situation. I tried to confront the managers and got ignored, brushed off. Will not shop here.
