Updated 2.10.26: They had a great sale on their men's products, so I ordered online and to save on shipping, I picked up in store at this location again. Online pick up yet again went easy and fast and my order was correct. Not only were we greeted when we walked in, but also told to have a good day on our way out. Every time I come to this location, staff is always nice and friendly. The store is always neatly organized, well stocked, and clean--and they always have the newest product available too. 11.3.25: First time in at this location and came to do a product exchange from a recent online order. It was a really simple and easy process and the CSR employee who helped me was super nice about it, not to mention she was friendly and personable. They had a great selection of gift sets to

Someone helped me right away and I was in and out in 5 minutes with her assistance! I was buying a gift for a family member and was a bit out of my element. I got a great suggestion from her and actually ended up getting some for myself too. Mind you this was Christmas Eve and they were extremely busy so I wasn’t expecting any help. Thanks for making my experience easy!

I left this store with a smile on my face! I unfortunately didn’t catch the lady’s name, but the lady at the register was super helpful and taught me ways to utilize their deals online and in person! She was so personable and my fiance and I had a really great interaction with her. This store has always had great vibes and very helpful staff, but thanks to this specific employee, she made this visit stand out even more!

Store is always tidy and well staffed. Any questions I ever have get answered promptly. We are always welcomed in and asked if we need help.

I always enjoy this store. All employees I have encountered are helpful and new to the store's products. Kimberlee introduced so many new fragrances to my husband. I never thought I would buy laundry soap there. After the help I was given I purchased 3 bottles of laundry soap to try. I highly recommend this store in the Black Sheep Mall.
