I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina! She is hands down the best supervisor and manager I have ever met at Bath & Body Works, not just in Clearwater, Florida, but anywhere. Every time I visit the Country Side Mall store, Christina goes above and beyond to help me with everything I need, always with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile. She makes every shopping experience feel personal and special, taking the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure I leave happy. Bath & Body Works at Countryside Mall is wonderful! The store is clean, organized, and always full of amazing scents. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the sales make it easy to stock up on favorites.

I came in to shop for my daughter and I. I asked an employee (who was new as you'll soon see) a question. She wasn't sure the answer so she kindly called over her extremely rude manager, Kathleen to assist. Kathleen stood there holding the lotion with both hands, put it in the new employee face and said "do you see anywhere on here that says moisturizer?) I was so embarrassed for this poor employee who just got her A handed to her in front of a store full of people for asking a question. I put all my stuff down and told Kathleen, I wouldn't shop at any place that talks to their employees like she just did. How humiliating! Shame on you Kathleen!!!
