Bath & Body Works

My experience was okay but the sale on the items online was not the same as in the shop. Products that were mentioned available in the store in the website were actually not present in the store. That made me change my purchase accordingly. So they should make it more aligned. The staff was very polite and professional.

Jazmin working the registers was extremely rude the past two times I've gone to this location. She's very mouthy and always has an attitude. Bath & body works .. do better!

Very misleading on their bundles. Wasn't told I had to make a $40.00 purchase before I could get one for $45.00. So an $80.00 purchase cost me $150.00. Will never buy from her again.

Of course, B&BW is always wonderful, but this was my 1st time at this bath & body. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my wants. Lee was magnificent! She introduced me to a new body wash and she helped me find things I couldn't find on the shelf. This is great b&bw. I recommend coming here. I'm a real customer.

I have never had a problem with this store before, but the be associates were rude. I tried to exchange a candle with I have done another time and had no issue even though I used some of it. This time mine candle was only slightly more than half way used, but I had an issue with it turning brown and smelling when I burnt it. I’ve never had an issue like this, but the associates didn’t care and wouldn’t let me exchange it. They were rude, one of them walked by making a sarcastic remark stating “well somebody really liked that candle”… me liking it was the issue obviously, it’s the fact that it was defective. I was told that it’s at the discretion of the associates, but the fact that I know one of them, makes it honesty pretty biased. I’m disappointed honestly, I used to love this location a
