I love this location. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and always have great recommendations! I love going here for so many smell goods! I especially love the holiday/seasonal scents! Fall and winter/Christmas scents are hands down my all time favorites! 1 wallflower downstairs and 1 upstairs keeps my whole house smelling amazing! If I have my windows open, I can smell it outside. Even when I'm going inside and just open the screen door, and not the main door yet, I get a light smell. Thats how good they are! Its nice to light a candle here and there, as well. I dont know if its just my car but I tried every type of car fragrance item that I could find at other stores. IF it worked, itd last maybe 2 days. Once i tried what B&B has, ill never use

Not very efficient with checkout process. 6 registers, only 2 were open. The line went halfway to the front door. Overall wait time was over 20 minutes. Adding self checkouts to improve customer experience is recommended.

We drove extra time to visit this specific store and they did not disappoint! From entrance to exit the workers were so amazing, the store was stocked well and very clean. It felt so inviting and welcoming. Taylor, Jerry and Ashley were all so helpful, friendly and amazing! This will now be my go to store! Hours later and I am still feeling so amazed by the wonderful service at this location!

Felt chaotic. Things weren't grouped well and it felt like I couldn't find any of the scents I wanted. Sales girls at the front door were maybe a bit too enthusiastic.

Chillicothe, Ohio location... excellent service, was over charged for an item and the manager heard me and my husband talking about our receipt and she said let's go to the side here and fix it. The lines were long because of the awesome sale and she fixed it herself. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I believe her name was Abigail??
