Bath & Body Works

I am an avid bath and body works shopper. This is my local store and I try to buy online or go to Fort Collins. I've had some rude employees here, and the staff rotates out constantly. If you're unable to get to another town or order online, it's fine.

Great selection of products. Very crowded inside. I went in a few weeks ago, and I am questioning if I will go back in. A sales associate quickly suggested a few products and then totally got consumed in one. They are promoting a scent that supports the LGBTQ movement and some of the proceeds go to them. Okay, that's fine. Well, she went on and on about how these people need our help and support and how they have it so hard.. okay. Then she begins to tell my young daughter how everyone needs to feel comfortable in their own skin and that...... she admits that she sometimes doesn't, and she gets confused sometimes. I rarely shop in Cheyenne and today’s experience reiterated why this continues to be the case. Usually the customer service at this store is at least mediocre. Not today. The greeter didn’t greet us, nor did she speak to us the whole time we were shopping. Didn’t offer us a basket as they usually do the whole time we were shopping. I thought maybe at least the staff at the register might make up for this. Not the case. Equally rude and unfriendly. Do employees in this town understand that as more and more people have these experiences that literally everyone will turn to online shopping or make a simple trip to Colorado to fulfill their shopping needs? I just can’t understand why such poor customer service continues to be the norm at nearly every Cheyenne business. If there is any mystery
