This location is a masterclass in how not to run a retail store. Plenty of employees on the floor, yet not a single greeting or attempt to help — just associates glued to their phones, talking to each other and blatantly ignoring customers. It’s chaotic, unprofessional, and reeks of poor management. If you’re looking to be overlooked and waste your time, this is the place. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

Lots of lotions and bodywash and soaps on sale at 75% off. I love the cucumber melon lotion and the Japanese cherry blossom products as well.

I love bath and body but the only issue with this location was that there are so many scents why isn't there coffee grinds or something that would clear the nostrils after testing of scents. After inquiring with one of the sales staff as to why, I was told that they just didn't carry it. I purchased a couple of products and I would have bought more but I couldn't decide between the scents.
