I love B&BW, but sometimes this location doesn't have a lot of promotional items. I have learned over the years there are several reasons for this. One is due to the fact that the company produces a limited amount and divides it up according to store size and demand. Second, which is not my favorite, I do know for a FACT that if an employee like an item that is due to release, they will hold them in the back for themselves and it will never hit the sales floor.

I love bath and body works but the customer service at cherry hill mall is horrible the ladies are very much rude all the way down to the manager RUDE !

Absolutely love this BBW store! I found everything I was looking for and more! I got to use several coupons and the girls working there are super helpful and nice! I bought $155 of products and only paid $77

Had a not so good experience here almost two weeks ago and I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well. I didn’t get her name but her cashier number is on my receipt so it’s ok. I came in to pickup a bopis order. I wanted to return two items and keep the one, but the girl walked away so fast I didn’t get to finish talking. So she finished the close out and handed me the bag, so I let her know I actually wanted to return two items. Then she goes “you should have told me before I processed it out”, well excuse me you were moving so fast. Anyway so she proceeds to try to help with the return but she didn’t refund me she put it as a store credit instead, was trying to give me a gift card and told me I couldn’t get a refund because I ordered online.
