Bath & Body Works

Unlike other Bath and body works in the area. They have plenty of staff but NO ONE speaks. They are working but not concerned about advising of in-store sales, assisting if someone is looking. I purposely stood right next to several employees waiting to see if they would ask if I needed help finding something because I actually did. I drove from another new that had only 1 of several things I needed. This one had more but I was looking for something else specific. I finally just asked an associate whom had walk around and past me several times. She is very tall so you can't miss her or mistake her for anyone else. I asked if I had missed seeing a particular lotion in the store as I had looked everywhere. She cut me off mid sentence "No we dont have it" and turned back around to what she w

Worst on line shopping with an outrageous return policy. My returns using their shipping labels will cost me more than the returns, $54! If you opt to ship it yourself, they warn that you may not receive a refund....SMH! Buyer beware and read their reviews on Facebook.... Consumers are revolting over their predatory return policy. Hoping they slide into bankruptcy again!

I haven't been in any of these stores since we moved to NC, so I decided today to explore new things. No matter where I go, they always have a good selection of hand creams, perfumed, etc... I love 💕 it.

At the time I went to pick up my order, the store wasn't crowded at all. Staff friendly & informative. Would order to pick up at that location again.
