I asked an employee about when they would be getting the new every day luxuries collection and she was very rude. Giving very short responses, an annoyed tone, and very dismissive. Even my boyfriend made a comment that it was weird a bbw employee would act like that because usually they are very welcoming and eager to help out. Very disappointed. Another employee had a similar attitude when they overheard me talking about how I didn’t like the packaging of one of the candles. I know we all don’t want to be at work sometimes, but the employees had such a bad attitude I left the store.

Update: I went today for the semi annual sale. The sales associate (don’t know her name) was so clueless and not helpful at all when I was looking for a certain scent. She claims that she is just now coming back since before Xmas and they moved the store around so she is trying to figure out things. Okay, not my problem. It’s your job to know where things are. Especially with a big event like semi annual sale. When I got to the register they asked me did I find everything okay? I told her no because the associate was of no help. The cashier did apologize. This one experience have left a bad taste in my mouth tbh. I hate lazy customer service in retail. I really enjoyed shopping at this location. I am a regular here. Absolutely awful!!! The cashier took $25 off of my gift card and after her mistakes said there was no balance on my card! Said she reversed it because she made a mistake and didn’t apply my rewards (from my app). This location denied me a $25 gift card, applied it and took it back, then told me my gift card balance was $0. The manager was no help at all! I saw it was applied, the cashier lied, I’m out $25 because of their incompetence. Do NOT SHOP here EVER!

I went in for a return and upon walking in we passed several employees and we're not greeted by a single one. Once we walked up we waited for about 2-3 minutes before some guy with a terrible attitude helped us. He didn't want to do our return and asked us why we couldn't go the 23.0 miles to the original store to have them do the return there. He then said he wouldn't take one of the body washes because it was used even though it falls under the return policy he again said well that's why you should go there to get your refund. The entire transaction he was so rude and unprofessional. Because of this experience I plan on going back and return my entire purchase of $225. Since he made such a big stink about it I rather take my money else's where.
