The Bath and Body Works located in the Los Cerritos Center is beyond outstanding. I went to pick up an on online order. However, I completely forgot that the large annual sale was going on 12/4/24. I was first met with Rene at the door. The store knew what they were doing when they placed Rene at the front. Rene greeted me with such enthusiasm, kindness and cheer. Although it was extra busy, I felt very welcomed and tended too. let Rene know that I was there for a pickup order. Rene guided me to the sweet smiling Sarah. She who helped me to navigate through the crowd to take care of my order. She also mentioned the benefits of the sale, just like Rene did. Once Sarah got me through the crowd, she got my order ready. I thanked her for her help and asked if I could shop around? She said of

I just picked up an online order and they packed me a used product. I would recommend to double check your bags before leaving the store to avoid this. Super disappointed because my work schedule makes it hard to come to the store.

The manager and staff feel so entitled here as if they were the owners. I cannot believe how rude and dismissive they were. I went in with my mom fir their annual sale i grab a few things most of the workers seemed rude and tired not willing to help. When I got to the counter a very young girl helped me checked out I asked on various time I'm I getting the 5 for 27 soaps. She confirmed every time. A/fter coming home I noticed i only grab 4 soaps so I didn't get the discount or promotion. Me getting the 4 soaps wasn't her mistake I know. But if I ask multiple times why didn't she check and helped me find my mistake I've been to different bath and body and most of the workers help you get all the discounts. Over all disappointed of this store.

I love these products, they are very good and recommended

I had a very disappointing visit at this location. This was my first visit to this location and customer service was extremely rude apparently there were 2 managers in the store at the time I was there and I received absolutely no help or resolve or acknowledgement. I called later to speak with a manager and it felt extremely dismissive. Definitely not how customers should be treated. I would avoid this location if you would like to be treated well.
