Love this location in Centennial! And Susan and Alyssa along with all the crew are always so friendly and helpful! I especially appreciate Susan letting me know I had rewards available along with expiration dates. Bath & Body Works products are wonderful and you truly get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from Susan and Alyssa, and all the crew will keep me a dedicated customer.

I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ BBW! I particularly love this location for many reasons. It has plenty of parking that is FREE! Park and shop for as long as your heart desires! Whenever I shop for BBW this is my go to location. Even my pup loves this store! 🐶 The store is always well stocked with plenty of products for the customers to choose from. But the highlight for me is the staff. Very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the BBW products, promos and the rewards! I received a single wick candle that was free with my rewards. 🤗. Thanks to the sales associate that encouraged me to use the most out of my rewards. I recommend this store to anyone who wants to experience superb customer experience! 5 ⭐️ .

Lovely staff and products, but very expensive

I went to this store because I didn’t feel like taking on the mall, the parking sucks and the crowds make my anxiety rise. I walked into this location and was greeted immediately. I was there to take full advantage of the hand soap sale. Maggie and Alyssa helped when I had a question about an old scent. They were helpful in telling me to bring the pump in and they might be able to identify the scent. I did bring it in, they were not working, but Deidre and Phineas were. Unfortunately we couldn’t put our finger on the scent. I purchased a Cat soap pump and the pump was broke, returning the broken pump was so easy. I will make this store my go to. The parking is easy, the store is clean, well stocked and there is space to walk around. I do love this store and appreciate the attentiveness of

Everytime I come in here no associate ever says hi or welcome. It’s as if I’m invisible. Or I’ll walk in, they’ll see me but ignore me. When other customers come in they are immediately greeted. The only time the associates will speak to me is when I’m buying something…because they HAVE to speak in order to communicate! Bet they hate that!!! I will never return to this store ever again. I’ll drive further to locations where they always treat me like a human!
