Called a head to make sure I can either exchange my old stuff for new or do store credit. They took alot but couldn't take it all which was fine. Did get a decent amount of store credit to use on new products. Only paid like a $1 something for what the credit didnt pay. It was my first time doing this. The girls were so helpful and willing to take things back. I love this store. I tend to get my self in trouble being in here since they have alot to choose from.

I stopped by today for a pickup order unsure if it was ready around noon and the hostess was the best she helped me to get it filled and as well as her team finding me in the store after it was filled. I continued to find more items and the girls on the floor were more than willing to help guide me with two little children. It was the best experience even though it’s such a crazy time for these employees. Thank you for the best customer service I could ask for! Y’all are a dream team! Happy holidays!

As a man in Bath&Body Works my experience has always been pleasant, the staff was extensively helpful in my search of a perfume I was searching for for a friend of mine. And not only that I had went to ULTA 1st & although the stoe was bigger their staff was very unhelpful, no one available to assist me with anything, everyone was giving out free beauty tips & facials, ULTA gets 1 star only cause cause it's the police thing to do...

I went in to look for the perfect in pink set because I had gotten some of the lotion for Christmas and loved it. We went in, with no one in front of us, and waited until the greeter was done talking to her co workers. After she was done I told her what I was looking for, she was extremely annoyed and asked a few questions with major attitude, until finally turning around and asking her co workers what similar scents we could look at. I probably would have stayed and browsed but at that point I was equally as annoyed to deal with her. I will probably doing my shopping from this store online from here on out.

I love ordering hand soap and my body wash. I however am not happy on the fact they do not pack their boxes and just threw the products in the box. Plus the fact my boxes were opened when delivered to me. I was missing some products along with some still in package and half empty. I was happy customer service made it wright with me. I just hope it is not a trend. fast forward 4/226/23 I placed a 300.00 order and guess what, two of my shipments were broken. They threw the glass bottles in and used no packing what so ever. The box smells like a French you know what. I'm going to take back the whole order I am so mad. So done with this company.
