I stopped in looking for a gift for my sister and had the best experience thanks to Jennifer. She was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding me to exactly what I needed and then some. I left with the perfect gift for my sister and a little something for myself too. Such a lovely visit!

Over the years I have purchased many candles, bath soaps and fragrance products from Bath & Body Works. Quite some time ago, I picked up a three wick candle with a Sea Salt & Sandalwood scent that instantly became my wife’s all-time favorite candle fragrance. Unfortunately, Bath & Body Works has never released this fragrance again since then and I have made numerous stops to various stores over the years but to no avail. I have even gone so far as making attempts to contact White Barn (candle department) of Bath & Body Works, yet have never received a response. Recently, I visited a B&BW at the Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, Texas and even though the result was the same of not finding this candle, I experienced the most positive exchange with Kaitlyn who identified herself as part of the ma

I found some new favorite scents on my last visit. All staff that I encountered were very nice & accommodating. Highly recommend stopping by.

The store was very busy with holiday season shoppers. It was clean and organized. There were plenty of employees and they were friendly and helpful. A bunch of sales and if you receive their coupons it is even better. Even though they were very busy the checkout line went smoothly.

This store was nice! Employees were very nice to me. They asked if I needed help. The cashier was very nice. I had great coupons and they had a big sale. It was also decorated very nice for Christmas!
