Super kind, helpful, and attentive. She was working alone but still managed to assist everyone in the store with patience and a smile. She went out of her way to check sales and see if certain items were in stock for me, which I really appreciated. The store itself was immaculate! very clean, well-organized, and of course, it smelled sooo freaking good as soon as I walked in. 😍 As of today’s visit, they’ve officially put out their autumn and Halloween collections, and let me tell you… it’s giving cozy, spooky, and everything in between. Definitely worth a stop if you’re ready to get in the fall mood! 🎃🍁

I've been shopping at B&BW since they first opened in the 90's and understandably, policies change throughout the years. It's one thing to be by-the-book, it's another to make it a point to throw the book in the customer's face to showcase your authority. Yesterday, I shopped at the Casselberry, FL location for my first and only time. The store manager, AJ could have been gracious but instead she choose to be condescending & nasty (unprovoked) to a woman old enough to be her mother. I will never ever shop at that location again or any other B&BW location where that young lady works.

I placed my order online for the 3 wick candle, and the scent of 'Leaves' is a personal favorite whenever I cook. I had a $10 gift card and with the special of the 3 wick candles being $13, I had to stock up. When I stepped in, the "Summerween" event is on and the preparation for the Halloween time is on with gorgeous candle holders ($40) and they're not some flimsy material but are rather sturdy and will definitely last a long time.

Went in looking for a couple of items unfortunately not in stock, person helping me simply walked away when 2 items weren’t available, didn’t attempt to ask if there was anything else she could help me with, share what was on sale, I turned to ask a question and she was gone waiting on someone else. So did I, walked out of the store and went to another BBW store, this store is around the corner, won’t be back. Poor service. Guess I didn’t look like I was going to spend enough money😡

Thank you sm Jela. I hope i spelled that right. You where ever helpful and attentive. She was very quick with suggestions and any questions that i had. I loved the energy. Shes even quick with math. We need more people like her! 💫💫
