Right away the atmosphere was uncomfortable, didn't receive any acknowledgment while I shopped did receive a few awkward glances. I am a Hispanic woman and the only time a staff member acknowledged another shopper leaving or coming in was a Caucasian person. My neice had gone in 2 weeks ago and experienced the same thing. So I wanted to check it out for myself, since I also wanted to check the new location as its closer to home. Unfortunately this experienced confirmed hers :/. Cashier wasn't the friendliest either. I should've just gone to a location out in Reno, even at their busiest time you atleast get greeted once or twice.
Great customer service!! Love the new store!
