Bath & Body Works

I received several Bath & Body Works items as a Christmas gift and attempted to return or exchange a few that were not my scent style. The items were unopened, brand new, and I had the original gift receipt included in the box from the online order—which is exactly what most gift recipients receive. Despite this, I was told that because the items were now on sale and I did not have the original purchaser’s email receipt (which is unreasonable to expect from someone receiving a gift), the gift receipt was considered insufficient. I was offered approximately $4 back for each item that originally retailed for $18, based on the lowest sale price the item had ever reached. To make matters worse, I was informed that any refund would go back to the original purchaser’s credit card, and I was not

So glad to see bath & body Works is still open in the Capitola Mall. This store is very consistent with their products, prices, and promotions due to it being a franchise. The sales associates are very helpful and know the products well. I really like their products and there are usually great promotions being offered. Definitely recommend

Love the staff always kind nice and cheerful

Love comeing to this location in Capitola. Its not crowded and the clearance rack usually stays a bit longer than the other stores. I always stop by and stock up on hand soaps

I love this store. They have awesome sales and a good variety of things that smell wonderful.
