Bath & Body Works

I give this a 1 rating this visit. Went to pick up online order. Walked by 3 sales clerks with no acknowledgement and stood at the counter for a few minutes. Went up to clerk to tell her I was here for a pick up and she said go stand at the counter and I'll be up. Ok, I was standing there with no service before. She continued to work then finally came up to take my info. Checked items and said here ya go. Customer service a BIG ZERO!!

I’ve worked in customer service for awhile, and I worked in fragrance. These ladies have customers at their core, all of them. They made my day the moment I wanted in just to smell some candles. And I came back to next day, and still the best energy. All of them, were amazing. I will be going back, spending much more money then i probably should. But all of these girls make it easy for me to put stuff in my bag…. Great customer service, store is clean, organized. I loved it, all of it. Me and my boyfriend felt great in there. I saw them interact with other guests, with the same amazing energy. Wonderful experience

Tried to make a purchase but sales staff seemed the least bit interested in helping me out. If that’s the attitude now I hate to see what happens when the holidays come.

Mail coupons do not work on website, every time you revisit your cart to continue shopping , deletes all your items... Kinda feels like a sham or poorly run

I always love going to bath and body works. Great deals
