Amazing experience :) This store has such a positive Aura. I felt so welcomed shopping at this store. They'll take there time to show you around the store and help you out. The store is absolutely beautiful. They do such a good job setting everything up in the store, there displays are so appealing. everything was very organized and fully stocked. The entire staff is so nice and kind.
Overall bad customer service. The workers wouldn’t approach us and gave people dirty looks. Instead of caring about signups, care about your customers and don’t waste their time. Very condescending. Train everyone better and maybe teach them human decency and not to be rude.
Love the store! Very nice associates and absolutely love the decor! Also very nice managers and very helpful! Also I must mention the amazing deals I got!!! P.S I’m obsessed with The scent Watermelon Lemonade would definitely recommend!
Today I had the worst experience at this location. I came with my son to buy a gift for his dad. We had been in the store no longer than 10 minutes when an employee came and told me that they had people waiting to come in and she gave two more minutes to finish my purchase!! At that moment I thought that was a new policy, then I noticed two more employees around me pretending they were fixing things but one of them was just staring at me. I felt so uncomfortable, harrassed and discriminated!!! I left but my son was so sad because we didn't had the chance to buy the gift for his dad. I still don't understand the reason why they did this to me. Also no other customers were given time limit to purchase. I complained and the manager Haylie just apologized when she was the one started everythin
