Today was candle day and I'm so grateful that the staff from the entrance to the register to exiting was very pleasant and nice with a smile and having fun. They just inspire me to do the same thing at work. And despite all the busyness that's going on in the store they were very patient and I enjoyed shopping today for candle day. Managers please recognize your employees and give them praise!

I’ve been 4 times. Always a great experience. Kind staff who listens and doesn’t pressure. Clean and well-organized store. With their inventory, I’d bet they are rarely out of anything. Plus, all the 🌈🌈 are beautiful.

Very pleasant retail chain. Very clean, employees were polite and helped me pick up my girlfriend's online order quickly. Go here if you need a good bath and body works store

highly discourage you from placing an online order with them they say orders placed will be fulfilled within four hours if the store is not closed, but I have been waiting for a confirmation email for seven hours and after calling it is still not ready. You are better off just shopping for yourself. God forbid you have mobility issues or are disabled because they will not do their job but will be visibly disgruntled if you show up without that email.
