Bath & Body Works

Picked up my order to get home and find all but ONE of my items had been opened and used!!! Do not order pick up bc they take the ones ppl have opened and sampled and they use those for pick up orders!!! I am pissed and will not return to this store!!!

Update: Spoke to Corporate and had a understanding of the situation at hand. Went back to the store and had a different experience with another customer service representative. Thank you for your understanding and kindness. We definitely need in now more then ever for many people are going thru things that are sometimes un explain of. Glory be to God for truth and protection. Store# 0297 The manager Laura was unpleasant and below customer satisfaction. Her and the associate that attended me with low quality energy seeming to not to be happy with there job. I understand for unpleasant days but do not take it out on customers. Bless you.

I tend to have good experiences shopping here at this location. However the product has changed over the past 15 years and not for the better. We appreciate new products and we are fond of the older ones that we come to rely on for decades. It's always disappointing to learn that yet another scent has been discontinued and or changed to the point that the scent doesn't last as long and or the oil is lighter in texture almost like water. B & B used to be my favorite place and bringing all of my sisters and nieces over the years, they all became long term customers years ago.
