My favorite time of year! B&BW candle sale. Even though the candle prices have been going up for the past few years. I am still a fan! $10.25 a candle is not that much of a deal. Seeing that they just had 1/2 off all the candles, but I am such a big candle lover and plus I had some coupons so I decided to stocked up!

I had a wonderful shopping experience here. I always say that a store needs to ensure that their employees greet and assist customers. As soon as I entered I was greeted and assisted by a friendly employee, and she helped me find exactly what I wanted. The cashier was extremely polite and friendly too. I would be happy to return to this location.

Nice smelling store. Staff seems helpful and the store is well organized.

The sales ladies are pushy. They work on commission. But I'm trying to browse but they keep bringing me fragrance samples. I'm trying not to sound but I cannot concentrate to find my fragrance and make my own choice in fragrance and make what I feel is a good choice for me, not what someone else thinks would be a good choice for me. I finally grab a fragrance and a lotion and pay for it and run out. They weren't what I wanted but I wanted a new fragrance but I wasn't going to take badgering by the sales lady any longer. Not only the badgering, their so overpriced. For the two items I bought, it cost me over $20.00. Ridculous!

Went there to pick up some holiday gifts for my family members team over at Roswell. At the upstairs location, there was a female cashier with Pinkish Redish hair and once she noticed i had some returns she rolled her eyes and said “I guess i’ll take you over here” I kindly approached her and explained i wanted to return some products and she didn’t have a response. I asked if i could do a price match since I know that you CAN price match items with a return as long as you have a receipt and she denied it. I put my items i wanted to exchange back because she refused to work with me. She was incredibly rude and should never be in a customer service position ever again. Went downstairs and had incredible customer service so I wonder why it was so drastically different
