Bath & Body Works

So much confusion and the team members have no idea about crowd control, they keep asking people to get off the line and change directions to try and get to the checkout. This was by far my worst experience at Bath and Bodyworks.

Simply a great place for all your body care needs. Body lotion, shower gel, natural body fragrances, candles for a soothing mind therapeutic moment and a thousand other products which i will never know what to do with them. Fantastic service by all its employees. Everyone one is exceptionally warm and friendly. I will come for another visit soon!love its scent...

Super friendly bubbly staff. They were a breath of fresh air. We were greeted when we walked in. Offered a basket and some lovely hand cream to try. The deals b2gof and b3g2f was great and made our $ stretch further. Their products make my skin soft and smell heavenly. The cashier was very friendly too. You can't beat good customer service and friendly staff that make your shopping experience much better.

I came to this bath and body works today in kings plaza and I received horrible customer service from this employee name Lily. During my visit, Lily was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional . She did not speak respectfully, showed no patience, and made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when shopping at your store, and this experience fell far below that standard.
