Always friendly and helpful customer service. Need a special gift just ask an employee and they will have great suggestions. Shelves are well stocked and very organized. A favorite of mine.

I primarily shop at the Bayshore/Glendale location. I happened to buy online and pick up at the Brookfield store location because they had ample stock of a candle that I like. I didn’t want to pay shipping and risk the candle being damaged. My first BOPIS experience at the Brookfield location this past Thursday was nice. It’s a beautiful and well-stocked store. Several associates asked me if I needed help and a manager engaged in a brief conversation with me. I felt like I was at the Bayshore location. Today, was starkly different. There were three associates in the store. The associate in the candle side was nice and she greeted me. The other associate was not super friendly but what stunned me was when she handed me my order she didn’t say thank you. I’ve worked in customer service over

This is a pretty good Bath & Body Works location. The store seems to be clean and well-organized, the customer service is decent, and the selection is good. It’s sad to see Brookfield Square struggling, but it looks like it’s under construction and being revamped. Hopefully the stores here can win out, because the location of the mall in general is very convenient. The semi-annual sale was happening when I stopped in, which is always a plus. The candle selection was plentiful, as was the body care (body wash and lotions). I picked up a few things I’m looking forward to using. Be sure to sign up for their emails so you receive the available coupons. My visit was a quick and painless in-and-out, which I appreciated.
