Virtually always met with a helpful and cheery associate who makes pickup or checkout a breeze. Aside from one isolated issue with a manager, I always receive top-notch customer service at B&BW-The Mall @ Bay Plaza. By the way, for BUY Online & PAY In-Store orders, head directly to the checkout area of the adjoining WHITE BARN (on the right of Bath & Body Works). Along the way, alert any associate that you are picking up and just have your order # ready. 😉

I’ve gone to this B&BW multiple times and never had an issue. However, this morning I went in and made a purchase & when I was walking out to the parking lot I realized one of the coupons I gave the cashier had not been applied. I walked back in, not even 5 minuted later, joined the line and was called by a different associate, Sam. From the get go she was immediately condescending and rude. I explained the situation to her and she just took the bag and started rifling through it without saying anything to me. She turned to the other associate we’d dealt with and questioned her and then started doing something on their POS system. The entire time there was no “I’m sorry that happened, let me try to help”. I went in to buy a gift and was immediately welcomed by Megan. She asked if I was shopping for myself or someone else and was pleasant enough to show me a few ideas, gift sets, and explain what the sales were. She gave me space to shop around but was there when I had questions. I ended up doing my early Xmas shopping thanks to her and I even got a free gift after my purchase. Megan is lovely. Looking forward to shopping there again.

I had a horrible experience at this store. These people take no accountability. I bought a wall fragrance that was on sale and found out when I got home it was leaking. I took it back to the store with the receipt a few days later just to have an even exchange and was told I can't because it's no longer on sale. Make it make sense. In your pile of fragrances there was one with a broken seal. I want the same one that's not open and I'm told they can't exchange it. It is their responsibility to make sure the items are in good condition before having them out to sell. I will be shopping online or take my service to another store. They should know customer service can make or break a store.

Wonderful employees!! Very nice and funny 😁. Store was crowded. Fully stocked on new princess collection.
