I love me some Bath and body Works. The employees at the store in Bricktown are awesome. Always willing to help you answer any questions you have tell you about the specials making sure that you are a member for rewards. Keep up the great work. I love going there . So do my daughter’s ,my granddaughters. sister and niece.

I had order candles like I do every year for the candle sale. Obviously you order the candles and can’t smell them through the computer screen. I’ve never had trouble exchanging scents. Went to the Brick store and the lady kept asking if I ordered them just to get the candles? She was nasty the manager is nasty also. I guess she was annoyed she had to exchange them out. Oh well that’s your job and stop with all the questions. Trying to make someone feel bad for exchanging candles especially around the holidays like really? I just walked out and I will go to another one where they aren’t nasty.

Had a decent selection of hand sanitizers for travel and small body spray and lotions. They were doing a special promotion for $2.95 that day and a cute graduation thing for my daughter who's a senior this year! Love the new butterfly scent!! The staff was great and helpful

Dawn was amazing she helped me and my wife get set up with a rewards program and told us about a sale on candles that essentially got us 2 candles for $15. Will definitely be returning

I’m so upset to hear that your Cheeky perfume is being discontinued. I’ve been obsessed with it for so long and got all my friends hooked too, it’s seriously the best scent you’ve ever released! I just managed to grab the last two bottles, and we’re all so sad it’s going away. Please, please consider bringing it back! We would be so happy (and will definitely stock up again). It’s truly our favorite.
